Here are a few resources that I use and find helpful.
Whole30 day by day – If you are new to Whole30 read this before you start. It helps explain why you feel the way you do on certain days. I promise it it does get better by day 12-15. And anyone that has done it before knows what “Tiger Blood” feels like!
